Some of the hardest Deuces Wild draw scenarios have a common theme where having so many options causes a sort of choice paralysis that makes it difficult to decide exactly what you should be doing. The Characteristics of Deuces Wild Draw Situations

You can keep the 882 combination for the trips, or you can go for the open-ended straight draw. The trips combination gives you an average payout of 2.02x while the straight draw is only 1.55x.

Flush draws pay better and have better chances of hitting, but it’s still only a 1.68x payout here. Breaking Made Hands

Sometimes it’s correct to break made hands, and you’ll have to choose between a good made hand or a four-card draw. With a hand like , you can stick with the made flush or go for the royal draw. In this game and many others, a four-card royal (even with a wild which gives a lower payout) is a very strong hand. In this situation, the flush is worth a 2.00x payout, but the royal draw is worth 3.91x which is almost twice as much.
