Big Bang is one of Net Entertainment’s very colourful slots. In a way, it is quite similar in design to their Starburst slot, which has become legendary over the last year. Big Bang contains a total of 25 paylines, which sit upon 5 reels. If they are fortunate enough, players can land a non-progressive jackpot which totals a decent 32,000 coins in this video slot.

Game themes and features

The Big Bang slot machine is supposed to be Net Ent’s way of retelling the famous Big Bang in our universe. However, it doesn’t really come off like that. Instead it seems more like an interplanetary galactic adventure slot. Either way through, it’s very colourful and space aged in theme and design.

The wild icon is a burning sun. There is absolutely nothing special about this wild, as it is a standard feature. The wild can replace all symbols in the game, without exception. However, the wild has no monetary value attached to it, so landing five won’t give you a jackpot win, if that is what you were thinking!

How to play the Big Bang slot

Aside from its multiplier metre, which we will come to in a minute; gamers can go about playing the Big Bang slot as they would any other title. There are no scatters to contend with here, and wilds substitute for anything. This means that you really are spinning to win, as there is nothing else to do in this title!

Bonus rounds and free spins

This video slot has a very nice little feature added into its design. That feature is the multiplier metre. After each spin of the reels that results in a winning combination and pay-out, the player is entitled to spin again but with a twist. A multiplier bar on the side of the screen increases with every win. This way the player gets to land multipliers of up to 32x with each successful win.

Players will also note that there are no scatters or bonus icons in this online slots. This means that there are no free spins, no pick and wins, no instant wins, so no bonus online casino games of any kind. This is rather unfortunate, as the slot is somewhat bare without them. Still, you have the multiplying metre, so that must count for something, right?

Verdict of Big Bang Slot

Well, the Big Bang slot certainly looks spiffy. However, there isn’t really a whole lot to do in this title. The absence of any free spins, scatter icons or bonus rounds, is supposed to be compensated by the multiplier metre. Suffice to say, it doesn’t really feel like that. It is all very well trying to land a 32x multiplier, but you will have to win many times in a row to achieve it, which as probability dictates, just isn’t very likely. Big Bang is a bit of let-down really, unless you really love space-age themed slots?
