It became obvious after a few dozen slots from the Red Tiger workshop that their team likes to create games with enchanting themes, symbols and characters that intrigue and stimulate a great design.

Totem Lightning is centred on the mystic world of the Native American tribes that lived in the red mountains and build totems to represent spirits which they communicated with through their unique rituals.

The slot looks amazing, featuring a wide reel grid that covers almost the entire interface and a small space which shows a head piece worn by the tribe chief as well as an arrow. On the right side of the reels is a Symbol Strike Bar, a unique Red Tiger feature we’ll explain in the following sections.

As for special features, Red Tiger’s Totem Lightning has two, if you don’t count the Symbol Strike Bar. The first one is called the Lightning Strike feature, and, as lightning strikes do, it happens anytime during play, completely at random.

Bolts of lightning appear and strike random symbols, removing one of the lower value icons and leaving the position to be filled by a totem symbol. Blast away poor opportunities and make way for bigger wins!

The other special feature has a lot to do with multipliers. It is referred to as the Totem Multiplier and the round begins when 3 or more Bonus symbols decorated with Indian-style feathers land on the reels.

A totem pool is shown and you have to choose one of five pipes. The one you pick will blow smoke and show how much totem pieces you’re going up the pole. The higher you get, the better the prize. The winnings could be multiplied by hundreds!
